The Technology Service Center does not accept vendor cold calls or walk ins. The official policy on vendor calls is that any potential vendor must send an email to when approaching Concordia University's technology groups with any new products. This goes to a mailbox that the Director of ITS-I checks regularly. Should a vendor attempt to bypass this process either by contacting us by phone or in person they will automatically be disqualified from consideration in future business.
