As part of our migration of E-mail services to the Microsoft Office 365 Hosted Exchange platform, we have retired and decommissioned the legacy E-mail gateways that provided the “Personal Message Manager” or “PMM” service.

Suspect Spam messages will now be delivered to the “Junk Email” folder available within Outlook and OWA for your review, rather than held on a separate server for you to review/release.

We hope this change will make it easier for you to find and manage any false positives directly within Outlook.

Please note: All existing messages waiting in the PMM were reviewed and released or purged based on their disposition (8/23/2016). You will no longer be able to access the PMM service and you may now delete any notifications, links or bookmarks you had to the PMM service.
