Print Shop Digital Store

Effective November 11th 2016, Concordia University proudly features a digital print shop for faculty, staff, and student print needs. All university material can be conveniently submitted through the digital store, with promotional material having undergone prior approval though the university Marketing Department.

For instructions on how to access the print center's website or submit materials, we encourage you to review the information below:

Creating An Account

1. Navigate your web browser to Concordia University's Print Shop Digital Store
2. Click the create an account link

3. Please enter the information requested. Note below:
  • When entering "location" please the account that is closest to your department.
  • The username and password are not connected to your Concordia email credentials.

4. Once you've entered the required information, you will be able to view the following screen

Logging In

After you've created your account, or when you want to access the digital store to submit materials, you need to log in with your account.

1. Select the login in button.

2. Enter your credentials to access the digital store.

Submitting a Print Job

Once you have signed in, you can submit your materials for printing using the following steps.

1. Select if you would like black & white, color, special orders or quick print copies.

2. Enter the details of your request, making sure you upload your attachment. If your request requires more than 3 files to be uploaded, please submit an additional print job.
In the screenshot below, you will see an example of the options available.

For details on what each of the above options means, please review the chart below:
Number of Copies
The number of copies you would like of each file uploaded. If separate no. of copies are required for each file, submit each file as a separate print job
Number of Pages
Total number of pages in the original document submitted.
Paper Size
The paper size you would like your material printed on.
The type of paper you would like. (e.g. Vellum Cover = Card stock). If your paper is not listed, please request in the "additional instructions" section
Double Sided
If you want your copies double side/duplexed select this option.
Select this option if you want you copies stapled in the corner.
Hole Punch
2 or 3 holes
For comb bound booklets, select this option.
please give details for folding in the addition instructions.
This includes folding and stapling. Please review the following CUP Booklet Standards and Formatting before submitting.
3. Add any additional instructions and click Add to Cart when you are ready to proceed. This is a great place to indicate when you would like the materials printed by. Think of it as the body of an email.

4. Review your information on the next screen and click Proceed to Checkout. Please note: the order total is an estimate based on the information you put in during the order process. In most cases, the final bill will show up at the end of the month to your department via PaperCut. If you have any questions about the cost, please contact duplicating@cu-portland.edu.

If it is not provided, your job will not be processed until the required information is received. You will be notified via email if required information is missing.

5. Finally, select the account you would like to bill from the drop down. The ones that are listed are accounts that you have been granted access to print to. If you account is not listed there, please write it in the comments. You will be contacted for further authorization if needed.

6. Click the Submit Order button and you are done! You will be notified via email when your print job is done and ready for pick up. Please note, stadard orders may take up to 24 hours for completion.


Please send any document that needs trimming or cutting using the following standards:
  • PDF Format
  • 1 up per page
  • Quantity required per page (staff will impose multi-up on a page)
  • .125 inch bleed on all sides (unless the document has a white border)
  • Add crop marks
  • Text must be at least .125 inches away from where the cut is request

Resetting Password

If you've lost or forgotten your password, navigate to http://concordiaprintshop.bizds.com/lostpassword to receive a new password to your email.

If you are still unable to access the digital store after following those steps, please contact support@cu-portland.edu .
