Student Email

Student email addresses are in the format `username@mail2.cu-portland.edu. Student email accounts are created automatically after they activate their network account. Students must wait 24 hours after account creation for their email accounts to become fully active.

Faculty/Staff Email

Email accounts can only be created after HR has cleared you to create a network account. Your hiring manager and IT will work together to get this setup. Email can be accessed a few different ways. To learn more, review the information below.

Accessing Email

Both Students and Employee can access email the following ways:
  1. By signing into Outlook Web App with your email address and password
  2. By adding that account locally in Outlook.
  3. On your iPhone or iPad.
  4. For your Android device.
