For students, the Technology Service Center will provide the following services and support:

Account Services

  • Assist with network accounts
    • Account creation
    • Password resets
    • Intranet access
    • CU Email access
  • Assist with Blackboard logins
    • Adding class forms
  • Assist with MyCU login
    • PIN unlocks
    • Retrieving lost PINS

University Systems and Software

  • Provide information for configuring Exchange on suitable devices
  • Assist with downloading and installing the VPN client
  • Assist with installing and configuring Sophos Home Antivirus
  • Assist with mapping Network Drives
  • Provide information for and assist with connecting to campus wireless networks
    • Diagnosing internet connectivity problems
  • Stock and replace toner in campus printers, resolve printing issues and coordinate repair service
  • Assist with Computer Lab printing issues
  • Configure personal laptop printing as requested

Media Services, AV and Classrooms

  • Provide equipment for checkout
  • Provide training in the use of our available equipment (upon request)
  • Provide support for installed classroom equipment
    • Other support spaces: SEAC, FAB, GRW108 & 120
    • Assistance available during open hours only
