Concordia staff and faculty are able to have their voicemails automatically forwarded to their CU email address as an audio file (.wav).

To have this set up for you, please open a support ticket by emailing In that email, please include the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your extension
  • Your network username

Once our staff recieves this support ticket, the Network Technicians will be able to process this request.
