Give a student control of the shared document

The student may wish to take control of the document. They can select areas of text, but cannot add new content while the Tutor is sharing. First you must change student's status from 'Participant' to to 'Presenter'. To promote a participant to presenter, you 'Manage Access' in the' Meeting' menu.

Once the student is moved in the Presenter status, a button appears for them on their screen. Tell the student to use the 'Request Control' button. The student has this button available, but the Tutor does not.
